Rachel, Hannah, Phillip, Samuel and Rhys from the class of 2017 reviewed the use of Class Dojo in their placement school after just six weeks on the course. Below is part of their short presentation:
The advantage of Class Dojo is that it gives every pupil the opportunity to design and personalise their very own Dojo.
Teachers can decide the area that Dojo points can be awarded for. The team demonstrated a range of positive assessment areas to focus on:
Gwaith cartref, helping others, on task, participating, persistence, siarad Cymraeg, teamwork and working hard.
Useful advantages along with disadvantages were highlighted to enable effective use of the Messenger facility.
